Please read below our policy around returns and cancellations

How to cancel

You have 2 options to cancel your HomeSight membership 

Online: Click the link above (cancel your subscription) and fill out the cancellation form

Support: Contact support@atsolutions.uk and our team will process your cancellation

Once You Have Filled out the Cancellation form we will email you to complete the returns process, this involves printing a free returns label via royal mail and returning your product to us

Cancellation Terms

Our cancellation terms depend on the plan you choose at checkout 

Monthly Plan
30 day refund guarantee*
3 month minimum term 
After 3 months, cancel anytime, service continues until the end of current billing period 
No refunds for partial month usage 
Return hardware upon cancellation
Monthly Plan:
Cancel anytime, service continues until the end of your annual term 
30 day refund guarantee*
No refunds for unused potion of annual plan
Return hardware upon cancellation

Hardware Return Required

When you cancel your membership, you must return all HomeSight hardware within 30 days, including Console, Remote Control, cables, wellness sensor and any other devices 
We provide prepaid returns via royal mail 
Hardware must be returned in fully working condition 
If hardware is not returned within 30 days you will be charged £250

Full Refund Period

If you're not satisfied with HomeSight for any reason, you can cancel within 30 days (of your product arriving) for a complete refund. No questions asked

All returns must include

All Cables & Accessories (including wellness sensor/s)
Originial packaging is not requried
Hardware condition
Must be in working condition
Normal wear acceptable
Damaged or non-functional hardware may result in partial refund or additional charges
